• Proven ability to identify and hire senior professionals in technical industries.
• International recruiting experience across Europe, US and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a talent acquisition strategy across Europe, APAC, and the United States.
• Personally lead critical searches across engineering, product, program, and leadership roles.
• Build proactive pipelines and map talent across universities, research institutions, and networks.
• Partner with the CEO to identify capability gaps and hiring priorities.
• Manage cross-border recruitment and relocation with internal and external specialists.
