Golden Goose is seeking a Global Store Designer to lead the end-to-end store design process from concept to execution, shaping a compelling retail experience for our customers. You will leverage AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and Adobe Suite to develop and present design concepts that align with brand identity.

The role requires 2–5 years of store design experience, fluency in English and Italian, and a proven ability to communicate ideas to diverse audiences.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years professional experience in store design projects.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong knowledge of 3D programs: SketchUp, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to present design ideas to diverse audiences.
• Curiosity and initiative with interest in fashion, architecture, design.

MAIN OBJECTIVE – JOB SUMMARY

As a Global Store Designer, you will play a pivotal role within our Global Store Design Team, contributing to the development and execution of captivating store designs that embody the essence of our brand. From initial concept to final execution, your expertise will help shape the retail experience for our customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

• Lead the project management process for store design, encompassing the entire lifecycle from the initial layout to the final executive project.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of research and stay continuously updated with the latest trends in fashion and design.
• Utilize advanced skills in AutoCAD for precise and detailed design documentation.
• Showcase a very advanced level of proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering using tools like SketchUp and other 3D programs.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Photoshop and knowledge of Illustrator is considered a plus.
• Utilize PowerPoint to effectively communicate design concepts and presentations.
• Create compelling mood boards that capture the aesthetic and vision of each project.
• Ability to eloquently explain design concepts through presentations, both visually and verbally.

KEY REQUIREMENTS & ADDITONAL SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree or similar in Interior Design, Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Between 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of successful store design projects.
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Very good knowledge of 3D programs such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or equivalent.
• Excellent relational skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian.
• Proven ability to present and communicate design ideas to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated a spirit of initiative and curiosity, with a genuine interest in the world of fashion, architecture, and design.

• Previous experience in fashion companies, demonstrating an understanding of the unique demands of the industry.
• Graphics skills that enhance the visual impact of your design presentations.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is 30.000,00€ - 40.000,00€ gross/year
