Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Global Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) Manager based in Italy. The role leads the global supplier quality organization to ensure materials and services meet quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.

You will define and implement a supplier quality strategy across international operations, collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Quality teams, and drive performance improvement while promoting a zero-defect

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in supplier quality engineering or master's with 10+ years.
• Extensive supplier quality management experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Global leadership experience across multiple sites/regions in a global org.
• Expertise in APQP, PPAP, Safe Launch, supplier validation.
• Strong data analytics and ERP/BI proficiency.
• Excellent English communication; travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement global supplier quality strategy.
• Lead global SQE organization and develop talent.
• Manage supplier qualification, audits, and CAPAs.
• Drive supplier scorecards, KPIs, and reporting.
• Lead APQP/PPAP and Safe Launch activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Promote zero-defect and COPQ reduction initiatives.
• Travel up to 20% within Europe and internationally.
