IQVIA is seeking a Global Site Activation Manager to lead and accelerate site start-up activities across studies and regions. This remote role emphasizes ethics, regulatory submissions, contracting, and timely patient enrollment.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional and external stakeholders to ensure compliant, on-time delivery across multiple regions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5–7 years in clinical research with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience across international regions and multiple studies.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic oversight and project management for global Site Activation activities.
• Lead start-up delivery from pre-award to activation and lifecycle maintenance.
• Develop and execute the Site Activation Management Plan aligned with study strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams, regions, and external stakeholders for startup execution.
• Oversee regulatory submissions, approvals, contracts, and essential documents.
• Identify risks and propose practical solutions to support delivery and bids.
• Ensure tracking, reporting, and maintenance of project systems and timelines.
• Support business development and client engagement activities.
