Role Summary :

We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Servo Motor Product & Business Development Manager - CTD Range to join Nidec Drives.

This is a global role with no geographical restrictions.

The Global Servo Motor Product Manager will lead strategic growth and lifecycle management across servo motor portfolios, including product strategy, market analysis, pricing, and profitability. The role involves coordinating global product launches, channel development, and engaging with customers to deliver tailored value propositions.

As a central liaison among R&D, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and business development teams, the Product Manager will ensure cross-functional collaboration, training, performance monitoring, and stakeholder management, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team.

This role is key to driving growth for the CTD motor range, identifying new market opportunities, achieving global sales targets, expanding channels, and delivering value propositions to accelerate CTD adoption.

Travel Requirements :

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Extensive experience with Servo Motors, Servo Drives, or manufacturing automation in sales or marketing roles.
  • Proven success in building and scaling global sales channels and meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong technical and financial skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.

Employees must be able to :

  • Understand emergency instructions
  • Read safety signage and hazard warnings
  • Communicate effectively in emergency situations (e.g., fire evacuation)
