JAKALA in Milano is looking for a versatile SEO Associate to join a fast-growing unit within one of Europe’s top MarTech companies. You will support SEO strategy execution for Italian and international clients and help ensure SEO compliance during migrations and site optimizations.

The role requires 2-5 years of SEO experience, fluency in English, and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of proven SEO experience on medium to high-complexity projects.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Some experience with Technical SEO for e-commerce and/or multi-country websites is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Experience supporting content optimization and link-building strategies.

Mansioni

• Support pre-launch and launch of new websites from an SEO-compliance point of view, collaborating with developers and creating efficient migration and redirect plans.
• Optimize content, semantic tags, and metadata to better match user queries and improve website rankings.
• Monitor site health, identify technical issues, and implement fixes.
• Conduct SEO audits and produce detailed analytical reports, including traffic analysis, organic performance, and optimization proposals.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable SEO solutions.
• Assist in content and link-building initiatives to improve organic visibility.
• Contribute to the coordination of projects, building strong relationships with clients and planning workflows to deliver SEO activities efficiently.
• Stay up to date with SEO trends, ranking factors, and search engine updates.
