JAKALA in Milan is seeking an experienced SEO Expert Lead to architect and steer strategies for global clients from our Milan office. You will oversee performance-driven campaigns, coordinate a small team, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative SEO solutions.
The role demands 4–7+ years in SEO, strong tooling knowledge, and excellent English. You will work in a hybrid setup with a feedback-driven culture and opportunities for growth within a Benefit Corporation environment.

We are looking for an experienced professional SEO Expert Lead to join our Milan office with strong strategic, technical and consulting skills, eager to take on complex and challenging projects in a fast-growing and cross-pollinating environment.
You will play an active role in defining, implementing and overseeing SEO strategies for our national and international clients, focusing on performance, innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration.
For this position, the expected fixed annual gross salary (RAL) ranges from €37,000 to €66,000. The final salary offer will be determined within this range based on the candidate's professional experience, acquired skills and seniority level aligned with the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria. The applicable National Collective Labour Agreement is CCNL Commercio – Terziario.
