Role and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the assigned product portfolio, driving its growth and global positioning. Key responsibilities include :

Defining and implementing product strategies, from development to lifecycle management. Identifying market opportunities through advanced research and competitive analysis. Planning and managing global commercial activities, including congresses, PR efforts, and key stakeholder engagements. Coordinating with internal teams, including R&D, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure effective strategy execution. Overseeing brand budgets and aligning financial performance with company objectives. Leading the launch and positioning of new products on a global scale. Conducting financial analysis and risk assessment for new projects. Mentoring and supporting the professional growth of junior team members.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Marketing (Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing or Ophthalmology preferred). At least 6 years of experience in product management, in the pharmaceutical industry. Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Fluency in English.
