We are seeking a Global SEM and Display Marketing Manager to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to work from home, remotely, or from an office, on a full-time basis. Role Overview: The ideal candidate is a commercially savvy, analytically sharp SEM & Display Manager eager to take ownership of a key revenue channel across multiple markets. You will manage and expand our SEM & Display campaigns (Google, Facebook, etc.), optimize for ROI, and implement innovative ideas with full visibility to the founding team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and scale our SEM & Display channels across multiple markets.
2. Identify, test, and optimize new advertising opportunities to enhance growth and ROI.
3. Design and execute A/B tests for creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
4. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to maximize campaign impact.
5. Maintain relationships with ad platform representatives for updates and best practices.
6. Mentor junior SEM team members.
7. Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable plans.
8. Stay updated on ad tech, attribution, and performance marketing best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years managing high-budget campaigns (Google, Facebook, etc.).
