Amplifon is seeking a Global Security Operations Manager to lead the group’s security operations across a multinational environment. You will coordinate SOC/MDR services and drive continuous improvement in detection, incident response, and resilience, reporting to the Group CISO.

Required are 6–8 years in cybersecurity, leadership experience, and English fluency (Italian a plus). The role is based in Milan with hybrid remote options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in cybersecurity with strong Security Operations, SOC or IR experience.
• Proven track record managing security operations teams and coordinating professionals.
• Experience with MSSPs and external security vendors.
• Experience handling cybersecurity incidents in multinational environments.
• Fluent English; Italian is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day Security Operations across endpoints, networks, identity and cloud.
• Coordinate SOC and MDR services, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Improve detection capabilities with SIEM use cases and playbooks.
• Oversee incident response, remediation and cyber resilience.
• Governance, risk and compliance with ISMS/ISO27001.
