We are seeking a talented IT and business professional to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of global IT projects focused on distribution and logistics processes. This role will primarily support the adoption and optimization of SAP solutions, with a focus on Sales & Distribution (SD) modules. You will work closely with stakeholders to define current and future business processes, drive technology solutions, and ensure timely delivery of end-to-end IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Design & Improvement
• Map, analyze, and optimize business processes across the organization
• Model existing (as-is) processes and design future (to-be) processes aligned with business goals
• Identify opportunities for improvements in the business operating model
• Support organizational change initiatives and help business users manage process changes
• Benchmark processes and provide recommendations for operational enhancements

Project Execution

• Gather and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders
• Translate requirements into clear technical solutions
• Lead or support multiple projects, including scope definition, documentation, and prioritization
• Manage external vendors and system integrators
• Configure SAP SD modules and oversee system implementation, testing, and post-go-live support
• Identify and implement process and system improvement opportunities

Business Applications Management

• Oversee the full lifecycle of business applications, including maintenance and retirement
• Supervise end-to-end integration processes and roadmaps
• Collaborate with strategic vendors to manage contracts and partnerships
