What we are looking for

We are looking for an additional resource to further strengthen our Salesforce team. The candidates, within Amplifon Corporate Omnichannel Retail Applications Division, will report to the Global Retail Experience Manager and will be an active and strategic part of a long-term Digital Transformation project that aims at reviewing business processes and renewing front-office applications at a global level. They will participate in the execution of an omnichannel platform design program based on Salesforce, supporting its implementations across multiple countries.

Job details

  • Engage with local and global internal customers to understand needs and translate them into business requirements.
  • Identify efficient solutions and define functional design to address new needs or gaps versus existing implementations.
  • Collaborate with system integrators to challenge solutions and validate designs.
  • Work with the internal development team to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Network with business units and IT to integrate or ensure synergy with other software applications.
  • Support users by troubleshooting applications, training users, or delivering innovations.

Who we are looking for

  • Degree or equivalent background.
  • Approximately - years of experience in delivering complex IT projects, focusing on analysis, functional design, and testing of Salesforce solutions, in fast-paced and multi-country environments. Retail industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Sales and Service Cloud modules (Salesforce admin). Experience with Field Service and CPQ is a plus.
  • Fluent English language skills are required.
  • Project management skills: ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and focus on detailed information in a demanding environment with limited supervision.
  • Availability to % travel worldwide is required.
