About the job :

1. Rewards and Recognition :

  • Develop and implement global rewards and recognition programs that align with the company's values and goals in the beauty industry.
  • Conduct market research to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and attractive within the beauty sector.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute creative recognition initiatives.

2. Performance Management :

  • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the unique dynamics of the beauty industry.
  • Work closely with managers to establish performance expectations, provide guidance on feedback, and drive a performance-oriented culture.

3. People Analytics :

  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions related to talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Implement and manage analytics tools to measure key HR metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

4. HR Systems Implementation :

  • Master policies and processes design & implementation globally across all the employee lifecycle (e.g. Employee / Manager Handbook, Job description, Recruiting).
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of HR systems (HiBob) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR systems with other business processes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in mastering Excel and the Microsoft Office 365 suite to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Showcase experience in implementing HR systems internationally, bringing a global perspective to system optimization.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the beauty industry or fast-paced companies.
  • Experience as a Compensation & Benefits consultant for a major HR consulting firm is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of global rewards, recognition, and performance management practices.
  • Proven experience with HR systems implementation and optimization.
  • Experience with international payroll management.
  • Mastery of Excel and proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian and / or French is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
