Job Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Global Retail Merchandising Manager to join our Merchandising team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the retail merchandising strategy across all regions, including Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between global retail markets and central planning, ensuring optimal product assortment, alignment with brand vision, and performance-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement global retail merchandising strategies aligned with commercial goals.
  • Partner closely with regional teams to define product assortments tailored to market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Monitor sales performance and key KPIs across regions, providing strategic insights to optimize product mix and allocation.
  • Drive seasonal buying sessions with a focus on product selection, quantity planning, and regional specificities.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Visual Merchandising, and other HQ functions to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies.
  • Identify business opportunities and risks through data analysis, proposing actionable solutions to maximize sell-through and minimize markdowns.
  • Support new market entries and retail expansions with tailored assortment strategies.
  • Participate in collection briefings, offering regional feedback to the Design and Product teams.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in a global role, working across international markets including extra-European regions.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, merchandising tools, and data visualization platforms.
