This role will be a key resource for monitoring, interpreting, and communicating international regulations affecting our products across different sites.
The Global Regulatory Intelligence & Compliance Specialist will play a key role within the team, acting as the go-to internal consultant to ensure our business units and international sites stay informed and prepared for regulatory changes—without being directly responsible for local implementation.
Continuously monitor, identify, and interpret international regulations, standards, and guidelines relevant to our products...Yes, both mandatory and voluntary ones! And that means keeping an eye on the W-O-R-L-D!
Prepare and share regular \"Regulatory Updates\" so everyone stays in the loop—you’ll make sure the right people get the right info at the right time!
Establish and maintain a strong internal network across different sites, serving as the primary subject matter expert for regulatory topics.
Organize and lead regular info-sharing meetings with international groups to foster alignment and a shared understanding of global requirements.

We are looking for someone with aBachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with experience in the HVAC industry.
We are looking for someone with at least3 years of experiencein regulatory affairs, product compliance, or a similar role, preferably in a global manufacturing or technology company.
And...last but not least: Willingness to travel internationally as needed!
Office location:we have three office location:Feltre or Padova or Milano,you could choose one of these as your prefer location!
