Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Real Estate Business Analyst Intern to support management of the company’s global offices real estate portfolio. You will work on lease renewals, relocations, sales, or acquisitions of group properties, developing strong analytical abilities and project management skills.

You will build relationships with Global Business Units and Real Estate functions to foster collaboration and become a trusted advisor, contributing to strategic decisions and value creation across

Qualifications

• Educational background in Economics, Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Sound judgment and independent decision-making are required.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects accordingly.
• Attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing the business rationale in collaboration with local teams.
• Understanding and aligning real estate projects with the overall global strategy.
• Organizing and leading meetings with various stakeholders.
• Conducting detailed financial analysis.
