Chiesi seeks an experienced Clinical Project Manager for Global Rare Diseases in Milano, Lombardia. You will coordinate operational management of assigned clinical trials, ensuring timely delivery within budget and compliant with ICH GCP and Chiesi SOPs.

You will liaise with stakeholders, manage study budgets and invoicing, and provide operations input during study design while supporting documentation and quality systems initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Five+ years clinical research experience.
• 3+ years global clinical project management experience.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP principles and study design.
• Strategic thinking and program management.
• Proficiencies in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

• Coordinate operational management of assigned clinical trials per ICH GCP and SOPs.
• Communicate with multiple stakeholders during study progression.
• Manage budgets and invoices for study payments.
• Proactively manage study timelines, budgets, and resources with core team.
• Make operational decisions to initiate and complete global trials on time and in scope.
• Provide clinical operations input during study design and planning.
• Serve as primary contact for internal/external customers.
• Prepare and archive study-specific documents.
• Coordinate input from internal departments to ensure SOP compliance.
• Support budget computation and cost control for studies/programs.
• Support Global GRD QMS for SOPs and related projects.
