Chiesi is seeking a Clinical Project Manager, Global Rare Diseases, to coordinate operational management of assigned clinical trials in line with ICH GCP and Chiesi SOPs, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery. You will liaise with stakeholders, manage study budgets and invoices, and provide operations input during study design.

The role offers cross-functional collaboration across a global team, remote work options, and involvement in shaping rare-disease trials with international programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Five+ years clinical research experience.
• 3+ years global clinical project management experience.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP principles and study design.
• Strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Proficiencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Coordinate operational management of assigned clinical trials per ICH GCP and SOPs.
• Communicate with multiple stakeholders during study progression.
• Manage budgets and invoices for study payments.
• Proactively manage study timelines, budgets, and resources with the core team.
• Make operational decisions to initiate and complete global trials on time and in scope.
• Provide operations input during study design and planning.
• Serve as primary contact for internal/external customers.
• Prepare and archive study-specific documents.
• Coordinate input from internal departments to ensure SOP compliance.
• Support budget computation and control for studies/programs.
• Support Global GRD QMS for SOPs and related projects.
