Descrizione del lavoro

In this role, you will add value by driving quality and environmental management across the global SIS organisation, ensuring successful ISO certification and continuous improvement in quality and environmental standards. The position is based in Milan, Italy, or Ebikon, Switzerland. You will report directly to the Head IT Risk and Compliance Manager and have a dotted line to the Group CIO.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the team responsible for ISO certification, including process documentation, framework management, training, and standardized implementation within SIS.
  2. Plan, execute, and lead Internal & External Audits across all SIS Hubs.
  3. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards at a global level, including harmonization with the Central Quality and Environmental Management System, and lead Quality & Environmental delegates in Hubs.
  4. Drive continuous process and quality improvements, establishing KPIs and management targets.
  5. Maintain the sustainability of the quality management system within SIS and coordinate with Group Corporate Quality (GFQE).
  6. Support measurement of SIS footprint and define initiatives for emissions reduction to achieve sustainability goals.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business informatics or a related IT field.
  • ISO Certifications & IT-specific Audit Certification.
  • Significant experience in global IT environments.
  • Advanced skills in Process and Project Management, as well as IT Audit (ISO, ITIL, NIST, etc.).
  • Cross-functional knowledge of IT best practices.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
