Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Transcend Deployment Manager - Quality Management to drive the global deployment of QM capabilities within the SAP S/4HANA program. The role ensures integration with NextGen QS and supports end-to-end release management, laboratory testing, and batch record review.

The role requires 6+ years of QM experience in regulated environments, strong SAP S/4HANA QM expertise, and leadership in cross-functional teams across Source, Make, and Deliver.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of proven experience in QM in regulated environments.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA QM, batch management, and release workflows.
Experience with CSV and regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

Implement and support global deployment of SAP QM capabilities.
Govern batch determination rulesets for compliant internal use and shipment.
Lead testing, validation support, and hypercare activities for QM capabilities.
