Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting for a

Global QA Associate - Quality System Management

This is a fixed-term contract – 6 months.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice, Quality requirements, and Quality Risk Management to maintain product quality.
• Maintain basic knowledge of GxP tools such as TrackWise and Documentum.
• Support the Global Quality System team at the corporate/global level, including:

• Documentation: Guidelines, Procedures, and Work Instructions as an author.
• Change Control, Quality Events, and Deviations as QA responsible.
• Management of corporate service provider qualification.
• Training management and collaboration on training courses for personnel at corporate/global levels and sites as needed.

• Assist corporate departments on various projects from a quality perspective.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnologies, or other scientific disciplines.
• Minimum experience in QC/QA roles.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• The candidate should demonstrate:
