WeHunt in Italy seeks a Global Purchasing Specialist to drive international sourcing, supplier development, and cross-border negotiations. You will collaborate with plants, suppliers, and regional teams to optimize costs and support new product introductions.

The role offers international exposure, travel, and a path to leadership within a global organization. Ideal candidates have a strong purchasing background and fluency in English.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management.
• Experience within structured industrial environments such as automotive, manufacturing, industrial equipment, components, or other complex supply chain organizations.
• Strong background in direct procurement and supplier negotiations within international markets.
• Solid analytical and commercial skills.
• Availability for international travel.

Mansioni

• Manage sourcing and procurement projects within an international environment.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers on a global scale.
• Lead RFQ processes, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
• Drive cost optimization and value improvement initiatives.
• Monitor supply markets, supplier performance, and sourcing risks.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support new product introductions and operational excellence.
