Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale e almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli di acquisto multinazionali. MISSION:

As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a Global Purchasing Leader in the Biomedical sector to integrate our team of consultants and bring their expertise on all our projects.

ACTIVITIES:

• Define and implement the global purchasing strategy in line with corporate objectives.
• Manage purchasing teams in different geographic areas, coordinating activities and ensuring alignment of objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage continuous improvement plans.
• Collaborate with production, quality and logistics departments to ensure material availability and compliance.
• Manage supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Management Engineering or related.
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing roles, preferably in multinational contexts.
• Solid knowledge of procurement strategies and global market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Availability for occasional international travel.
• Fluent in Italian and a good knowledge of English.
