Hager Deutschland is seeking a Global Project Business Quality Leader to build and lead a transformative quality function for its Project Business. The role requires driving a comprehensive quality model across specification, engineering, configuration, manufacture, installation and commissioning.

Reporting to the Vice President Project Business, you will partner with R&D, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure the project solution performs as designed, while embedding risk

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related technical field.
• Broad quality leadership within international, project-driven industrial environments.
• Experience with electrical distribution, switchgear or system integration is valuable.
• Knowledge of quality governance, processes and performance indicators across regions.
• Experience with 8D, FMEA, root-cause analysis, Six Sigma or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Define the Global Project Business Quality model and governance across the full lifecycle.
• Integrate quality into customer requirements, specifications and project design.
• Lead responses to major complaints, field issues and escalations with preventive actions.
• Reduce Cost of Poor Quality through transparency and preventive mechanisms.
• Make quality performance visible with dashboards and project reviews.
