Job summary

Fuller Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to support APAC clients from our Valbrembo (BG) office in Italy. You will oversee plant equipment projects from order to warranty, ensuring compliance with technical specs, contracts, and budget.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field with at least two years in project management for complex plants. English proficiency is required and travel for short business trips is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• At least two years of project management experience in plants and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of technical specs and contract management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• English proficiency; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project execution from purchase order to warranty expiration.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, contract requirements, and budget constraints.
• Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal departments.
• Oversee project documentation, including internal and external reporting.
• Follow up on shipment, assembly, start-up, and warranty-related interventions.
• Manage project risks and address challenges proactively.
• Facilitate smooth communication across different stakeholders.
