Laredo Technical Services, Inc. (LTSi) seeks a Functional Administrative and Management Support Analyst to support NAVFAC EURAFCENT from NSA Naples (Capodichino), with temporary travel to NSA Bahrain.

This role provides planning, estimating, scheduling, engineering and administrative services, and requires strong communication, team leadership and experience managing project lifecycles; familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft Office tools; the ability to coordinate with multiple organizations to

Competenze

• Minimum of an associate’s degree with focus in business, management or finance and having five (5) years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analysis software (Power BI).
• Strong communication abilities.
• Experience in team building and leading team to successful conclusions.
• Experience with managing project lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of business concepts like human resource modeling, resource allocation, production methods, and strategic planning.

• Analyze overall program execution data and resource requirements and respond appropriately.
• Assist with planning and design execution of acquisition programs and funds management.
• Plan for execution of programs coordinating with key managers to ensure timely completion of actions.
• Manage incoming workload and the work induction process for new work accepted for delivery.
• Facilitate interaction between planners, designers, product managers and Public Works personnel to resolve problems.
• Determine client work requirements driven by client and program directives.
• Advise on resources to devote to projects and coordinate changes to meet time and budget constraints.
