We are seeking a Global Product Offering Specialist - Thermal to join our team in Tognana, Italy.

The Global Product Offering Specialist for Heat Re-Use and Systems provides technical expertise and market knowledge for Heat Re-Use products/systems in the Data Centers industry. The role involves understanding market trends, analyzing customer needs, and providing technical support and expertise.

The specialist collaborates with the Global Product Manager to develop and execute strategies for new product development, ensuring offerings meet global customer needs and maintain market competitiveness.

What kind of work will you be doing?

• Support the Global Product Manager in defining requirements for new products based on market research and customer insights.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Provide technical support to Application Engineers and Sales teams regarding product/system selection.
• Develop product collateral, including presentations, demos, documentation, and sales tools.
• Manage custom sales projects, support quotations, and oversee project phases including witness tests.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align strategies.
• Participate in tradeshows, customer visits, and meetings with sales teams, distributors, and partners to incorporate customer feedback into product planning.

What will make you successful?

• University degree (BS or Master) in Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, preferably in data center applications and heat Re-Use.
• Good understanding of thermodynamics and chilled water systems.
• Effective communication of technical information.
• Experience working with customers and sales teams.
• Ability to translate customer needs into solutions.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills in Italian and English.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
