Experteer Italy seeks a Senior / Project Manager to guide the lifecycle of Low Voltage Dry Type Transformers. You will shape strategy, drive profitability, and lead cross-functional teams across regions including NA, LATAM, and Europe. The role supports ABB Smart Buildings with hybrid or remote options and a global reach.

You will influence go-to-market, pricing, and lifecycle management while engaging customers and partners to deliver profitable solutions and energy efficiency gains.

• Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) is required.

As Global Product Manager for Low Voltage Dry Type Transformers, you will guide the product lifecycle, shaping strategy and profitability across regions. You’ll drive market-responsive roadmaps, engage customers and partners, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver profitable market outcomes. The role supports ABB Smart Buildings, with hybrid or remote options and global reach across NA, LATAM, and Europe. You’ll influence go-to-market, pricing, and lifecycle management to scale solutions that optimize energy efficiency and building automation.

• Translate customer insights into portfolio direction through direct engagement with customers, partners, and regional teams
• Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, and sales to prioritize development and lifecycle management
• Shape and execute global go-to-market strategies including value propositions, pricing, positioning, and channel support
• Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience in low-voltage electrical gear and transformer products
• Strong commercial acumen
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic/international)
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (incl. Excel)
