Hitachi in Lombardy seeks a Global Product Manager to own the SFC hardware and software lifecycle, drive profitable growth, and shape the portfolio roadmap with cross-functional teams across markets.

You will lead market intelligence, define value propositions per segment, coordinate product development, and influence R&D with IP protection, while collaborating across cultures in a fast-paced tech environment; fluent English is essential.

Competenze

• 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, management, or technology in a tech-driven organization.
• Solid knowledge of industrial hardware and software development.
• Familiarity with the medium voltage market, customers, competition, and standards.

Mansioni

• Own the product lifecycle for hardware and software within the SFC portfolio.
• Lead market intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Define and maintain the portfolio roadmap including new developments and phase-outs.
• Prioritize and oversee product development with cross-functional teams.
• Define value propositions per segment and channel for marketing and launches.
• Improve product management processes and tools (configurators, training, lifecycle management).
