Global Product Manager

you will support the strategic development and lifecycle management of key products in the joint care portfolio across multiple markets. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, R&D, and regulatory affairs to ensure successful product launches, project execution, and pipeline expansion.

Key Responsibilities : Support the Product Manager in overseeing the positioning, performance, and evolution of joint care solutions. Contribute to the development and implementation of global and local marketing projects. Assist in new product launches and lifecycle initiatives. Collaborate with business development to optimize the product pipeline. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., KOLs, agencies) to ensure alignment and execution.

What We’re Looking For : University degree in a scientific, economic, or marketing / communication field. 2–3 years of marketing experience in food supplements or medical devices. Previous sales experience in the pharmacy channel is preferred. Strong communication and project management skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

What We Offer : Open-ended contract under the national chemical-pharmaceutical collective agreement (Level B). Annual gross salary between €40,000 and €50,000. Collective bonus and company welfare benefits. Hybrid work model : 1 day of smart working per week. Office location : Padua, Italy.
