As Global Product Manager for the control and automation line in the Power Conversion Solutions portfolio, you define the roadmap and steer lifecycle to drive growth. You work across domains like energy storage and renewable integration, ensuring compliance with grid codes, cybersecurity, and OT standards. You influence industry standards and translate market needs into actionable specs for R&D. You collaborate across functions and customers to deliver impactful, technically sound solutions.

Responsabilità

• Develop and maintain the global roadmap for the control and automation line within PCS
• Identify and define market opportunities across customer segments
• Build business cases for new product developments and enhancements
• Translate market and customer requirements into clear R&D specifications
• Ensure product solutions comply with grid codes, cybersecurity, and OT standards
• Act as a thought leader, represent the company in technical forums and customer engagements
• Collaborate with internal business units, customers, and development teams
• Communicate and coordinate with diverse technical backgrounds to achieve goals
• Embody core safety and integrity values in all actions

Requisiti fondamentali

• MSc/BSc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in power conversion systems, grid automation, and renewable energy or BESS
• Knowledge of power systems, LV/MV/HV equipment, switchgear, and generation equipment
• Understanding of power system simulation models and grid code compliance
• Familiarity with RTUs, protocol gateways, SCADA, PLCs, and plant networking
• Strong grasp of control systems, plant automation, grid code compliance, and OT cybersecurity
• Proven ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel ~20% and work with global teams
