Global Product Manager – XDR Business (Europe & South East Asia)

Our client, a global leader in IT infrastructure solutions, is seeking a Global Product Manager to drive innovation and excellence in their Extended Detection & Response (XDR) business across Europe and South East Asia. This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation that prioritises customer needs and cutting-edge technology to deliver industry-leading solutions in cybersecurity and cloud computing .

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with customers, sales, engineering teams, and senior leadership to shape business models and solution strategies.
• Define and champion product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business needs and market trends.
• Facilitate Design Thinking and product discovery workshops.
• Manage and deliver high-quality product releases that support the XDR product catalogue.
• Work closely with UX designers, strategists, and technical teams to create features and user stories.
• Support Agile & PI Planning initiatives and maintain long-term product vision.
• Identify potential challenges and proactively develop innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For :

• Strong cybersecurity expertise, with knowledge in at least two of the following areas : network, endpoint, management, and security services.
• Experience in cloud security platforms and SaaS security is highly desirable.
• 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role within a technology-focused organisation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate product concepts into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile collaboration tools, and SAFe / CSPO certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with security analytics, incident response, threat hunting, MDR, and SOC services is advantageous.
• Ability to travel across the EU region as required.
