Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze purchase requests and technical specifications.
• Select suppliers and manage vendor lists and qualification checks.
• Handle RFQ/inquiries and bidding through company systems.
• Evaluate supplier offers for compliance and align with technical dept.
• Negotiate commercial terms and draft negotiation reports.
• Prepare orders and awarding memos to minimize supplier risk.
• Process order confirmations and handle supplier claims per instructions.
