The GPE will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement proactive strategies and foster continuous improvement in line with operational goals.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree and possess extensive experience in manufacturing or quality with specific expertise in Welding & Heat Treatment. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for training local manufacturing engineers and driving initiatives.

Competenze

• 7+ years of industrial experience in manufacturing or quality.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical role with expertise in Welding & Heat Treatment.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and schematics.

Mansioni

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to improve reliability.
• Lead investigations into chronic issues and implement corrective actions.
