QVC Group is seeking a Privacy & Data Governance Analyst in Brugherio, Italy to help shape how personal data is managed across regions. You will map data, collaborate with IT, Legal, and Business teams, and support privacy initiatives in a growing governance program.

You should have relevant IT/compliance experience, strong English communication, and knowledge of privacy principles; familiarity with privacy-by-design concepts and tools like TrustArc is a plus.

Competenze

• Experience in IT, Compliance, Data Management, Data Privacy, IT support or related field.
• Understanding of privacy principles, regulations, and governance practices.
• Interest in developing expertise in privacy and changing regulatory landscape.
• Familiarity with privacy-by-design concepts and their use in tech, systems, or cloud environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with TrustArc or similar privacy management tools is a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop, update, and maintain company data maps covering systems and processes involving personal data.
• Lead or support discussions with business stakeholders to collect, validate, and document data processing information.
• Collaborate with IT, Information Security, eCommerce, Analytics/Marketing, Legal, and People teams.
• Support privacy and information governance projects, including rights compliance and data verification.
• Identify retention requirements across systems and processes and document them.
• Help improve governance processes, controls, and documentation.
