Experteer Italy is seeking a Senior Specialist / Project Manager to support global pricing initiatives, maintain pricing tools and data integrity, and deliver analytical and operational support to cross-functional stakeholders. It offers hybrid collaboration with the ELSE Primary Service Center and global teams to drive pricing excellence and scalable operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in pricing, analytics, finance, or related function.
• Experience with pricing processes, systems, and large datasets in a global environment.
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or comparable systems.

• Manage and maintain pricing tools, templates, user access, and the pricing repository ensuring accurate data across systems.
• Maintain price lists and support price adjustments, implementing pricing updates including RDC buying prices.
• Support pricing governance, policy compliance, and deployment of pricing guidance like price corridors and authority matrices.
• Provide operational and analytical support for global pricing initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Act as a primary contact for pricing tool users, coordinating issue resolution with IT and system owners.
• Develop and improve pricing analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data integration for decision-making.
• Support audits, compliance, and documentation while driving process improvement and automation.
• Assist onboarding local service units into the NPV measurement system in collaboration with the NPV team.

Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you will support global pricing initiatives by maintaining pricing tools, price lists, and data integrity while delivering analytical and operational support to cross-functional stakeholders. You will contribute to pricing governance, data quality, and continuous process improvements to enable informed business decisions. The position offers hybrid collaboration with the ELSE Primary Service Center and global teams. You will help drive pricing excellence and enable scalable pricing operations.

• Solid financial acumen including costs, profitability, margins, and pricing drivers
• Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; fluent in English (Italian is a plus)
