Costa in Genoa is seeking a Fare Distribution & Revenue Management Systems Analyst to help evolve pricing and distribution ecosystems across markets and channels. You will blend analytics, automation, and technology to support commercial operations and drive efficiency.

You will collaborate with Revenue Management, Pricing, IT, Marketing and Commercial teams to implement capabilities, deliver insights, and advance automation within a multinational setting.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Pricing Systems, Revenue Management Systems, Distribution Systems, Automation, or similar analytical and technology-oriented roles, ideally within multinational environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong analytical skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel and experience using BI tools such as Power BI or equivalent platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Python, with the ability to work with data and support automation solutions.
• A curious, innovation-oriented, and collaborative mindset, combined with strong communication skills and fluency in English, enabling effective interaction with cross-functional and international teams.
