Opportunity
The Global Pricing Lead is responsible for developing and executing the global pricing strategy to support access and reimbursement for Menarini Group products. The focus is on delivering sustainable pricing strategies across key markets and regions.
This role involves supporting organizational growth by shaping global pricing strategies, requiring a deep understanding of access routes, HEOR, reimbursement mechanisms, and related scientific, regulatory, and commercial considerations to maximize impact.
The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management and multiple internal stakeholders across the Menarini Group, from local affiliates to headquarters. Strong strategic thinking, interpersonal, negotiation skills, and experience in creating and implementing global and regional pricing strategies are essential.
