A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Global Pricing Lead to develop and execute global pricing strategies for Oncology and Primary Care products. This strategic role involves collaboration across the organization and requires extensive experience in pricing and market access within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and negotiation skills, capable of shaping sustainable pricing strategies to enhance access and reimbursement for Menarini's product portfolio.
The Global Pricing Lead is responsible for the development and execution of the global pricing strategy and associated activities to support optimal access and reimbursement for Menarini Group products, with a focus on delivering sustainable pricing strategies for key markets and regions.
The role holder will be supporting a growing organisation by providing support and helping shape global pricing strategies. The role will therefore require deep understanding and appreciation of the relevant access routes, HEOR, reimbursement mechanisms as well as scientific, technical, regulatory, intellectual property and commercial considerations to ensure maximum impact of well-designed pricing strategies and plans.
This strategic role will require the right candidate to work closely with senior management and across multiple levels of the Menarini Group, from local affiliates to HQ, interacting with multiple internal stakeholders, to deliver effective Pricing strategies. The ideal candidate is not only required to have a strong strategic mindset, but also excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of applying those skills inside the Menarini organisation and with external stakeholders. In addition to having the relevant technical skills of pricing analysis, having experience in creating and implementing global and regional pricing strategies is critical for communicating and implementing the strategies across the Menarini organisation. The role holder will shape the global pricing strategy and associated activities, high-level project plan and milestones with senior management and Access teams.
