Job summary

Four Seasons Yachts is seeking a Manager of Port Operations to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of global port operations for its luxury yacht deployments. You will liaise with shoreside leadership, vessel teams, port agents, and authorities to ensure readiness, compliance, and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Hospitality, Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, Tourism, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in port operations, cruise operations, yachting, maritime operations, logistics, or related passenger-vessel operations.
• Prior supervisory, team-lead, or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate port calls across the company’s worldwide deployment.
• Ensure port arrangements, documentation, services, and local requirements are completed before vessel arrival.
• Coordinate berth reservations, marina bookings, anchorage requests, and other port services as required.
• Establish clear operational expectations with port agents and monitor performance against standards and budget.
• Support itinerary planning and deployment activities as requested by leadership.
• Provide day-to-day operational directions and promote continuous improvement across Port Operations.
