AbbVie is seeking a Planning Manager to join its international manufacturing network and drive end-to-end supply chain planning excellence. You will supervise a Master Scheduler Team and collaborate with on-site and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of materials, production and supply.

The role requires strong planning capabilities, SAP PP/MM experience, and the ability to operate in a matrixed, multinational environment with robust analytical skills.

Competenze

• Degree in economics or engineering.
• 3–5 years in planning, demand/supply planning, production planning or supply chain management.
• Experience in structured multinational environments.
• Experience in regulated or complex sectors (pharma, biotech, healthcare, or industrial manufacturing) preferred.
• Experience managing teams or coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate planning processes and a Master Scheduler Team across demand, master production, and detailed scheduling.
• Perform Rough Cut Capacity Planning checks and levelling; manage orders feasibility and firming.
• Develop and maintain Monthly Supply Plan; monitor short-term constraints and resource availability.
• Lead stakeholder alignment activities across functions.
• Build and maintain Detailed Sequence Plan; manage Process Order Release and Bulk Batch Allocation.
• Monitor Supply Chain End-to-End Performance.
