What we are looking for

Amplifon is seeking a talented Finance Controller to join the Group Planning & Control team based at our headquarters in Milan, Italy.

The Planning & Control function determines long- and short-term financial goals, outlining the company's financial direction and expectations, and predicting financial outcomes.

Reporting to a Global Planning and Control Manager, the person will support management by providing insights and analysis on business performance.

You will work in a fast-paced international environment with evolving business, where you will face new challenges with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

The Global Planning & Control Specialist will be responsible for:

• Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Manage 3-year plans and monthly forecasts (both P&L and Balance Sheet) in line with guidelines
• Ensure achievement of financial targets & implement action plans
• Ensure compliance with reporting changes within the company

Finance Business Partnering:

Liaise with functions to monitor month-end closing, forecasts, and 3-year plan processes

Assist functions with reporting and KPIs to support financial targets

Weekly business tracking and support

Partner with the business on financial performance and strategy, providing guidance on new business models and investment returns

Serve as a point of contact for Marketing Business Partners in corporate and countries

What you'll need

Education and experience

• University degree (preferably in Economics)
• At least 1+ year of experience in Finance Planning & Control
• Experience in a multinational, complex environment
• International experience is a plus
