Position: Global Online Sales Assistant (m/w/d)

Join our Online Sales department! As an Online Sales Assistant, you will be the main point of contact for colleagues in the markets, assisting with daily tasks and issues related to the online shops.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Providing on-site support to markets before, during, and after launches
2. Acting as a sparring partner for developing and testing enhancements
3. Supporting all launches, migrations, and relaunches
4. Managing content for our various webshops
5. Supporting various aspects of our e-commerce operations as a strategic thinker

Your Profile:

1. High school diploma or bachelor's degree in economics or a related field
2. Keen interest in the digital marketplace and technical proficiency
3. Willingness to travel to support local teams and ensure seamless operations
4. Fluency in English and proficiency in German and/or Italian
