The Global New Product Planning (NPP) Manager at Chiesi Group leads strategic commercial assessments to drive early pipeline development and inorganic opportunities from the Parma HQ. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across R&D, Commercial, Finance and Regulatory to shape market entry and lifecycle plans.

Qualifications

• Medical and / or scientific background preferred.
• 4+ years Life Sciences commercial and/or business roles required.
• Core Excel-based forecast modelling.
• Understanding of drug development and market dynamics.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and translate into decisions.
• Strong communication and networking skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Support early pipeline development and inorganic due diligences with strategic commercial assessments.
• Update project cards and challenge TPP differentiation against market dynamics.
• Develop investment stories describing key commercial risks and opportunities.
• Conduct market research, data analytics, and leverage internal capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BD, GMA, GVA, R&D, Regulatory, IP, Finance).
• Translate research and analysis into actionable insights for early development.
