Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations is seeking a Multistakeholder Partnership Specialist to support the LEAP Secretariat in coordinating a global, multisector partnership for sustainable livestock systems.

The role focuses on governance, knowledge sharing, outreach and programme delivery, engaging governments, research institutions, civil society, the private sector and donors to advance environmental assessment and partnership activities.

Competenze

Advanced university degree in Agricultural, Biological, Animal, Environmental, Food, Social or Veterinary Science, Livestock Engineering or related field.
At least 1 year (Category C) or 5 years (Category B) of relevant experience in multistakeholder partnership coordination, project coordination or management.
Working knowledge of English (Level C).

Mansioni

Coordinate the LEAP Partnership work programme, including follow-up on actions, plans, timelines and deliverables.
Assist with preparation, review, editing and uptake of LEAP guidelines, reports and tools.
Support training and capacity-building activities to promote global use of LEAP guidelines and best practices.
Engage with governments, research institutions, civil society, private sector and donor partners.
Support meetings of LEAP governance bodies and facilitate technical consultations and events.
