Job summary

Saipem is seeking a Management Systems & Quantity Manager (MSQM) to lead quantity and cost control across EPC projects. The role oversees PMIS, coordinates surveying teams, and supports project control during mechanical completion and handover. Travel opportunities may be required for project support.

Required: Engineering degree and a minimum of 10 years in MSQM or related roles, with Italian and English language proficiency. Home-office options offer compensation starting at 48,000€.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in MSQM or related roles.
• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) and English (written and spoken) are required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective quantity and cost control throughout the project lifecycle, including BOQ management, progress measurement, forecasting, and change management.
• Monitor construction performance through productivity analysis, progress verification, and reporting activities.
• Manage PMIS tools and project databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.
• Coordinate subcontractor and direct hire accounting activities, supporting cost and quantity reconciliation.
• Oversee mechanical completion, test packages, punch lists, and system handover activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Construction, Quality, and Procurement teams to support project execution.
