Bata Italy is seeking a Global Merchandiser Intern to support the merchandising team in seasonal Line Plan creation, Line Review coordination, and seasonal planning with partners worldwide. You will handle data preparation, analysis, and showroom support in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers an on-site start with potential hybrid work later, plus a monthly allowance and campus-like benefits for an ambitious student with a passion for fashion.

Formación

• University in progress – preferably in Economics and related fields.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Analytical skills.
• Product and fashion oriented.
• Be able to adapt quickly to a dynamic and lively environment.
• Knows how to deal with people and influence them positively.
• Predisposition to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in creating Line Plan data and coordinating sample requests for global merchandising showroom.
• Support Line Review meetings and showroom organisation.
• Prepare data sets for hindsight analysis, category planning and assortment planning.
• Contribute to consolidation of assortment plans to drive global results.
