Bata Italy cerca un Global Merchandiser Intern per supportare la squadra di merchandising globale nelle attività di creazione del Line Plan, gestione delle riunioni Line Review e pianificazione stagionale e in-season. Si lavora in un contesto internazionale, con focus su turnover, margin e stock turns.

La risorsa collaborerà su attività analitiche e operative, compresa la preparazione dati, analisi e allestimento showroom, con orario ibrido dopo formazione on-site.

Competenze

• Studi in economia in corso o titolo affine.
• Buona conoscenza di Excel.
• Capacita' analitiche e orientamento al prodotto.
• Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra e adattabilita'.

Mansioni

• Supporto nello sviluppo del Line Plan e gestione riunioni Line Review.
• Preparazione data set per analisi retrospettive, pianificazione stagionale e assortimento.
• Coordinazione delle richieste campioni per showroom merchandising globale.
• Consolidamento piani assortimento per risultati globali.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

The Global Merchandiser Intern will support the Global Merchandising Team in the activities related to seasonal Line Plan creation, management of Line Review meetings, Seasonal Planning and in-season Planning with partners around the world, to achieve merchandising financial targets: Turnover, Gross Margin and Stock Turns.

The resource will have the opportunity to collaborate in both analytical, operational and tactical tasks across different seasonal milestones.

The tasks include but are not limited to data preparation and analysis, support data analytics, preparation of showrooms, etc.

KEY CHALLENGES:

• Line Plan Support in monitoring data accuracy and timely input by different global stakeholders and countries
• Support in coordinating sample requests for global merchandising showroom
• Support in sorting and organisation of showrooms for internal meetings and seasonal Line Reviews
• Seasonal Planning Support in the creation of data sets for hindsight analysis, category planning and assortment planning
• Assist in the consolidation of assortment plans to drive global results

CORE COMPETENCIES:

• xlwpduy University in progress – preferably in Economics and related fields
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Analytical skills
• Product and fashion oriented
• Be able to adapt quickly to a dynamic and lively environment
• Plans & organises effectively
• Knows how to deal with people and influence them positively
• Problem solving skills
• Predisposition to work in a team

LANGUAGES:

• Italian
• Very good knowledge of English
• Other language is a plus
