Air and Care Franchise

Within the three Business Units, the Air and Care Franchises are responsible for the development and implementation of the Therapeutic Area Strategies. Each Franchise is organized by stage of development with fully empowered and enhanced teams.

Who We Are Looking For

Purpose

The person will join the Global Medical Affairs Department, supporting the team in managing and organizing various activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Management of internal purchasing procedures and budget control;
  • Ensure that administrative tasks are run efficiently and effectively;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cost control in indirect costs;
  • Ensure budget monitoring through internal budget trackers;
  • Drafting and review of confidentiality contracts;
  • Organization / management of agendas and meetings;
  • Travel planning and expense reimbursement management;
  • Support for registration for courses and / or conferences;
  • Management of internal repositories;
  • Welcome new joiners and contribute to their onboarding;
  • Support in managing communication with external partners;
  • Act as a point of reference for internal and external communication;
  • Lead specific project initiatives and work cooperatively with team members.

Experience Required

At least 6 months in a similar position.

Education

Economic background is preferable.

Languages

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of accounting / budgeting principles;
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Adaptability and flexibility;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Planning and organizational skills;
  • Problem solving.
