Panoramica

We are searching for a Global Media Manager for one of our large global clients across our network. This role will deliver excellence in client account leadership and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams around the world, forging strong relationships and supporting them in developing best-in-class media campaigns.

Be the primary point of contact for the brand, owning the entire process and becoming the expert. Manage the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responsiveness. Provide leadership for your direct report and help nurture their development. Work with our cross-functional teams to collaborate on plan structure and implementation.

Responsabilità
Global Coordination
  • Work with our markets around the globe for the delivery of client needs.
  • Implement existing processes and workflows while keeping our teams accountable for the tasks asked of them.
  • Brief local teams on campaigns and provide guidance on what is expected of them for each brief.
  • Communicate effectively with teams by leading regular meetings to foster strong relationships.
Client Leadership
  • Become a trusted partner for our client by fostering a strong relationship through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Take ownership of the brand and provide value for the client through a hands-on approach.
  • Have a firm understanding of campaign planning elements such as briefings, responses, role of media, reporting, and results to guide client discussions.
Attention to Detail
  • Manage all aspects of the brand globally, from plan development to budget tracking and campaign results.
  • Be organized and process-driven, keeping track of plans and briefs while managing deadlines.
  • Work with internal teams in planning, reporting, analytics, and measurement.
Qualifiche
Professional Experience
  • 6+ years of agency experience
  • Experience managing omnichannel campaigns
  • Global / International experience (preferred)
  • FMCG Food experience (preferred)
  • Strategy background
  • Agency or client experience acceptable
Technical Skills
  • Understanding of digital media ecosystem
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Data management skills
  • Project management skills
Team & People Management
  • Experience managing individuals
  • Team player, proactive in getting the job done
Soft Skills
  • Highly organized
  • Strong communicator

Languages
  • Fluent in English and Italian
